Great vibes and clean rooms!
We spent five nights in a king room, and it was awesome! The space was so bright and cozy. The subway was super close, making it easy to explore NY. Lots of cute cafes nearby for breakfast too! Just wish the bar area stayed open later, would’ve loved to unwind more after a long day.

I recently stayed here for 6 nights in the Superior King Room. The amenities were nice, especially the free water available at the desk. Staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, which really made a difference during my stay. The bar and restaurant had good coffee and breakfast options, enhancing my mornings. The location was a highlight for me, being so close to a subway station and surrounded by delis, supermarkets, and cafes. However, I faced issues with thin walls, making the rooms quite loud at times, which affected my sleep. The hot water took a while to come on, and I felt the water pressure could have been stronger. A $400 security deposit was never mentioned at check-in, which surprised me. Even though I had some enjoyable experiences, these inconveniences left a bit of a sour note.

A more budget-friendly dining option would be nice.

The room was modern, clean, and had a coffee machine, which I loved. The only downside was some noise from the subway at night. Appreciate that they had a bar with happy hour specials. The location is great, just a short walk to the subway.

The room was stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with modern decor and a comfortable bed. The coffee machine with complimentary pods was a nice touch for my morning routine. The bathroom featured a great shower, and my fourth-floor room offered excellent views and significant natural light. Plenty of amenities and restaurants nearby made it convenient for work.
The elevator was out of service during my stay, causing inconvenience.

The King Room was a nice size for two, and the bed was super comfy. I loved the high-tech goodies like the electronic do not disturb feature and cool night lights around the bed. The space was organized, so we managed well during our stay. There was a fridge in the room, which was handy. We didn't hear much noise despite being near the subway, but earplugs helped just in case. Overall, it was a pretty great room, and the little extras made it feel cozy.
